1. Eligibility & Accounts

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We may cancel or amend orders for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect information. If this occurs, we will notify you and process any refunds where applicable.

  • Orders placed for personal use only. Commercial resale or export is prohibited.

4. Prices, Payment & Billing

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Shipping, handling, and customs charges (for international orders) are additional unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

  • You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment and billing details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfilment time: Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing and fulfilment before dispatch.

  • Shipping estimates provided at checkout are from the time of dispatch, not order placement.

  • We use third-party carriers (including Australia Post). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels after dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery for Australian customers only.

  • International orders are non-returnable unless the product is defective.

  • Certain products (including opened skincare items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected.

7. Intellectual Property
