Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through A&E Traders (registered business), trading under the brand name Fair & White Australia. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Orders typically require 3–4 business days for processing and fulfilment before dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (midday) will begin processing the following business day.

  • Orders placed after Friday 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is unavailable, you will be notified via email or phone. The unavailable item will be refunded, and the remainder of your order shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $13.99 – estimated 2–8 business days after fulfilment (orders below $180).

  • Free Shipping: Orders $180 and above – estimated 2–8 business days after fulfilment.

  • Express Shipping: $17.99 – estimated 1–4 business days after fulfilment.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable by our carrier. If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

International Shipping

  • New Zealand: $30.00 – estimated 6–27 business days after fulfilment.

  • United States & Canada: $60.00 – estimated 6–27 business days after fulfilment.

Important Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once a package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, A&E Traders is not liable for loss or theft.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order flagged by our fraud prevention system.
