Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through A&E Traders (registered business), trading under the brand name Fair & White Australia.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Returns (Australia Only)

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of opened items that are not defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where items are defective or shipped in error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

International Orders (Outside Australia)

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees in their country.

  • If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, only the product cost will be refunded (minus shipping charges and a 10% handling fee).

  • If the package is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

  • All international orders must ship to the billing address of the cardholder.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fairandwhite.com.au.

  • We may request photos of the issue before approving a replacement or issuing a prepaid return label.

  • Approved returns will be replaced or refunded promptly.

Final Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • By placing an order, you agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
